Holistic Coaching

Priscilla Woodson is a certified holistic coach and is professionally trained in holistic services. Holistic coaching is about treating the whole person and is ideal for clients who believe that everything is connected – the mind, the body, and the spirit.  If transformation and work-life balance is to be achieved, all aspects of life should be considered.

A Holistic Coach uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve their clients’ health and mental well-being. The holistic approach is merely a guide toward an overall healthier life that supports the client in evaluating nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more. Ultimately, clients are equipped with tools and strategies that support healing and forward movement.  The holistic approach empowers you to live with more intentionality and mindfulness.

Coaching sessions are held in-person or virtually, as directed by client.  Coach Priscilla works with each client to determine their needs and develop a customized solution to meet their unique specifications. The frequency and duration of the coaching program is determined by the coach and client.
